For most herbal teas, use water just off the boil (205°F/96°C). Delicate herbs like chamomile benefit from slightly cooler water (190°F/88°C).

Steeping Time
Steep loose leaf herbal teas for 5-7 minutes. For stronger therapeutic effects, some herbs can be steeped for up to 10-15 minutes.

Proper Dosage
Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 oz cup of water. For stronger flavor or therapeutic benefit, increase to 1 tablespoon.
